Certifications

When introducing GSA to potential new customers, the first question was always "Are you ISO certified?" In lieu of certification, invariably new customers required onsite audits. Those audits, which would be specific to each customer's requirements, were extremely time consuming.

GSA put in all the work necessary, along with guidance from ADA, MEP and BMSC to get certified.

ISO certification with AS9100 compliance, brings credibility to GSA. It give the company extreme confidence in the internal processes. The guiding principle is "do what you say, say what you do." Which sounds obvious, but in fact is something that doesn't happen intuitively for many businesses.
